    Olive Fruit 

    Another name of olive is "Green Fruit". For most fruits, they are green in the beginning and then change into other colors when they ripen. However, the olive never changes its color, and is also called "Faithful Fruit" and "Reproof Fruit" as its special taste of "bitter comes before the sweet" is similar to the character of faithful counselors in ancient times. Overseas Chinese call it "Fortune Fruit" to show their nostalgia, or it is so called because it is mainly produced in Fuzhou. There are over 10 varieties of olive fruits in Fuzhou, including Dingxiang Olive, Tanxiang Olive, Huiyuan Olive, Changying Olive and Yangshi Olive.    

    Jasmine Tea 

    The jasmine tea of Fuzhou is particularly famed for its strong flowery odour and delicate appearance. The liquor, having a deep amber color, is bright, aromatic and smooth. Such jasmine teas as "Minhao", "Mingqianlu" and "Ceremonial Tea for Foreign Guests" have been granted such honorary titles as the famous tea of China, the famous cultural tea and the ministry-grade quality product. Besides common benefits of teas, the flowery odour of jasmine tea also boasts pharmacological effects which are good for human health.  

    Horn Comb 

    Horn comb is one of three treasures of Fuzhou. It allow you to remove dirt without being stained and ease the itch without feeling painful. The horn comb can even accelerate the blood circulation of scalp, ease pain, relieve itch, prevent static electricity & dandruff, protect hair, relax tendon, promote blood circulation, soothe the nerves and promote hair growth.   

    Shoushan Stone 

    The raw material of Shoushan Stone sculptures originates from the pyrophyllite of Shoushan Village, about 40 kilometers to the north of Fuzhou. The curious workmanship brings about flowers, fruits, figures, animals and landscapes on the stone, while they can also be carved into seal, stationery, smoking set and flower vase. Generally, Shoushan Stone looks warm, sleek and refined, with clear texture and vivid color. After engraving and polishing, those stained stones are granted the distinctive appeal of cultural arts for collection. Shoushan stones are divided into three categories: Shankeng, Shuikeng and Tiankeng, and there are more than 100 varieties. The Tiankeng Stone, called the "Emperor of Stones", is also named Tianhuan Stone, which is so precious that there was a saying of "It is easy to have gold but difficult to find Tianhuan Stone".   

    Dried plum of Yongtai 

    The dried plums of Yongtai, sleek, sweet and tasty, can promote salivation, sharpen the appetite, sober up, ease the thirst and remove summer-heat. The dried plums are made of ripe fresh plums in accordance with the traditional refined processes of "shaking, washing, solarization, salt pickling and baking", enjoying a good reputation among domestic and overseas customers.  

     Paper Umbrella 

    There are wide varieties of paper umbrellas in Fuzhou, including decorative painting umbrella, oil painting umbrella, oilpaper umbrella, calligraphy umbrella and colored umbrella. There are about 90 varieties and over 500 designs. The umbrella radius can minimized to 20 centimeters, while the maximum umbrella radius can reach 100 centimeters. Such splendid patterns as flower, bird, figure, landscape and pavilion are painted on the umbrella. While being capable for keeping off the rain and the sun, the paper umbrellas are warmly welcomed by visitors from home and abroad.
